BETON W.L.L. is the Qatari-based company of Liban Beton, the mother company that was founded in Lebanon in the midst nineties. The successful experience of Liban-Beton in the field of ready mix concrete led to its expansion plans in Qatar, whereby it operated two major projects in Messaied and Doha.
The Messaied operation was carried out in the Industrial Area for Q-Chem under the supervision of Kellogg, Brown & Root. High performance concrete of up to 80 MPA was produced, delivered and pumped to the full satisfaction of the Client and its Consultants.
M/s. Construction Development Company (CDC) assigned the Doha operation, to Liban Beton for the supply of ready mix concrete to the West Bay Complex – Four Seasons Hotel project, owned by His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani. It comprises five towers, one being an office tower with a total height of 150m. The ready mix concrete was injected by stationary pumps through delivery lines to placing booms raised at each floor. This contract of 115,000 m3 consolidated the reputation of Liban Beton on the local market. This was one of the reasons behind the registration of the sister company BETON W.L.L. that has become a must in order to acquire a peer hood in the industry of ready mix concrete in Qatar.
With the transfer of technology affected, and with a performance well established in Qatar, BETON is targeting to operate not only as a supplier, but also as a contractor and a service provider of ready mix concrete: To that effect, high caliber engineers and technicians have been brought in; Hi-Tech equipment and expertise are being regularly transferred. Full control of the production and quality is achieved. The aim is to cater permanently for the major contractors and development promoters by installing a production line on their own job sites and making BETON fully available at all times to their requirements in concrete.
Regarding the particular projects that are to be carried out on crushed programs, or the locations thereof are restricted to batching plant installation, the supply shall be provided from the fixed production line facilities presently in operation in the Industrial Area.
BETON is currently operating under the Industrial License issued by Ministerial Decree No. 966/02 to produce ready mix concrete.
RAS LAFFAN BATCHING FACILITY
In May 2006, Beton WLL was awarded the exclusive supply of ready mix concrete for the Sea Water Intake project I Ras Laffan.
The client is QP (Qatar Petroleum), the general contactor is Dodsal Pte Ltd. and the scope is 421,000 m 3 of concrete. Beton WLL has deployed three batching plants with a total capacity of 370 m3 / h and all related plant, equipment and personnel.
Daily production is over 2,000 m3/h of concrete per day. 
DOHA - LUSAIL BATCHING FACILITY
Beton W.L.L has installed its main batching facility in Doha at Lusail to service the greater Doha Area and mainly West Bay and Lusail project. It has deployed two batching plants with a total capacity of 240 m3/h and all related plant equipment and personnel. Daily production is over 1,000 m3 of concrete per day .
MESAIEED BATCHING FACILITY
Beton W.L.L. is awarded a land of 20,000 m2 in Messaied Industrial City
and is in the process of building of a batching facility of 295 m3/hour with all related plant equipment and personnel.
This facility is planned to service the Messaied Industrial area as well as Al Wakra and the Doha Airport Area.
This facility is now operational since 1st Jan 2009.
